SOCIAL MEDIA COMMUNITY MANAGER  -  Social Yeah is seeking an energetic and motivated Social Media Community Manager to actively monitor and engage with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat and others — on behalf of our clients. You will also curate brand-centric content that is appropriate for each client’s online voice, while implementing and overseeing both paid and organic growth opportunities.

• You have great customer service skills and you know brands have to choose their words wisely online

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (job will evolve, change, grow as necessary)

• Monitor client’s social media channels for mentions, questions, and opportunities while providing appropriate responses, based on each client’s specific customer response plan
• Curate Content for a variety of clients, across many verticals, based on their social media strategy
• Schedule daily paid and organic brand-appropriate posts, for clients, on a variety of social networks
• Work with the client success teams to continually grow each community, via paid & organic media
• Assist with Giveaway Fulfillment, including contest execution, winner selection and notification
• Manage social media ad technology, such as Facebook Ads Manager, to assist with these tasks
• Help grow “post, photo & event bank” with knowledge of trends, seasonal interests and target audience needs
• Create social media reports and aggregate data into actionable insights for each social media strategy
• Track your time and document your tasks, daily, weekly and monthly

Job Type: Part-Time (25 - 35 hours each week, w/full time potential)
Hours: 8am - 1pm (flexible end time, longer shifts will be required during busy weeks/days)
Pay: $12 - $14 / hour (based on experience)
Location: West Seneca, NY
