DIGITAL DESIGN COORDINATOR – Always have Photoshop open on your computer? Overly excited about coding your own Myspace layout back in the day? Interested in gaining more experience with graphic design and social media marketing? In this entry-level, full-time position, you will be tasked with assisting the Social Yeah team with design and web elements, and introducing our agency to new design perspectives and trends.

SOCIAL YEAH is a creative, client-focused social media marketing startup that helps small businesses meet, talk and share directly with highly targeted audiences on Facebook, Instagram and other social networks. By focusing on results, Social Yeah's portfolio has quickly grown through referrals. We partner with more than 30 local and national businesses to assist with social media engagement strategies, advertising campaign management, database building, email marketing, copywriting, and lead generating initiatives.

Key Job Functions

  • Support the digital and account teams with the execution of social media campaigns and projects
  • Work with a wide range of media to produce attractive and effective designs across all mediums
  • Communicate overall status of projects to team members in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with the digital & account teams to coordinate projects and improve internal efficiency
  • Research and introduce emerging web, design, and email trends


  • 1 - 2 years experience in graphic design
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn, listen to feedback, and continue to improve
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, regardless of project size
  • Experience with Mailchimp, Squarespace, Instapage, and other drag-and-drop platforms a plus
  • Experience with Basecamp and Dropbox a plus
